Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LustPays.com, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Community Guidelines, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Refund Policy, Payout Policy, Content Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and all other policies linked from the platform. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

3. Accounts and Registration

• You must provide accurate registration information
• You are responsible for your username, password, account access, and account activity
• You may not create fake, misleading, duplicate, or impersonation accounts
• Email verification, age verification, or identity verification may be required for certain features
• We may refuse, suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate our rules

4. Platform Features

LustPays may provide features including profiles, Messenger, private video calls, premium photo bundles, premium video bundles, tips, custom requests, Messenger offers, games, referrals, wallet top-ups, reviews, support tickets, payouts, guides, and admin moderation tools.

Features may be added, changed, restricted, or removed at any time for business, safety, legal, or technical reasons.

5. Payments, Wallet, and Digital Purchases

• Wallet top-ups and digital purchases are generally final
• Premium content purchases, tips, Messenger offers, and custom requests are subject to the Refund Policy
• Users must not use stolen payment methods, fake payment proof, chargeback abuse, or payment fraud
• All payments must stay inside LustPays unless the platform specifically allows otherwise

6. Creator Earnings and Payouts

Creator earnings may come from eligible platform activity such as video calls, tips, premium bundles, custom requests, Messenger offers, games, referrals, or other approved earning tools. Payouts are subject to verification, payout limits, fees, risk review, account standing, and the Payout Policy.

7. User Content

You are responsible for content you upload, send, sell, link, or display. You may only upload content you own or have legal rights to use. Everyone appearing in content must be 18 or older and must have consented to the content being created and shared.

By uploading content, you grant LustPays a limited license to host, display, process, moderate, promote, and operate the content as needed to provide the platform.

8. Prohibited Content and Conduct

• No illegal, exploitative, non-consensual, stolen, or underage content
• No harassment, threats, impersonation, scams, spam, or fraud
• No trafficking, coercion, blackmail, or exploitation
• No attempts to bypass payment systems, moderation, verification, or security
• No off-platform payment requests or payment arrangements

9. Custom Requests and Messenger Offers

Custom requests and Messenger offers must follow all platform policies. Creators may decline requests they are not comfortable with. Members may not pressure Creators to produce illegal, prohibited, unsafe, or off-platform content.

10. Moderation and Enforcement

We may review, remove, restrict, or report content and accounts that appear to violate these Terms, our policies, payment provider rules, or applicable law. Enforcement may include warnings, content removal, feature restrictions, payout holds, suspensions, permanent bans, or legal reporting.

11. Intellectual Property

LustPays branding, design, software, text, features, and platform materials are owned by or licensed to LustPays. You may not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or reuse platform materials without permission.

12. Disclaimers and Liability

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific earnings, specific creator availability, specific member activity, or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LustPays is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or similar damages, including loss of profits, loss of earnings, loss of content, loss of data, loss of account access, loss of wallet funds, payout delays, payment provider issues, user disputes, reputation harm, emotional distress, or business interruption.

LustPays is not responsible for losses caused by user error, incorrect payout details, scams, fraud, chargebacks, account compromise, policy violations, off-platform payments, prohibited conduct, or a user's decision to share information, content, money, or access with another person.

LustPays is not responsible for payout delays, failed payouts, returned payouts, rejected transfers, provider errors, payment method errors, unavailable payout methods, bank or wallet restrictions, compliance checks, regional restrictions, incorrect payout details, or other payout issues outside our direct control, even if a payout fee or service fee has already been paid. Paying a service fee does not guarantee instant payout delivery, a specific payout time, or successful completion through a selected payout method.

Threats, intimidation, abusive messages, threats of death, self-harm statements, suicide threats, or attempts to force action through fear, pressure, harassment, or emotional coercion do not create liability for LustPays and do not guarantee refunds, payout release, fee reversal, or faster processing. Users who make such threats may be restricted, suspended, banned, reported, or referred to emergency services or law enforcement where appropriate.

14. Adult Content, Consent, and Records

Users who upload, sell, send, or link adult content are responsible for ensuring that every person appearing in the content is an adult, has consented to the content being created and shared, and has the legal right to participate in the content.

Creators are responsible for keeping any records, model releases, consent records, co-performer records, age records, or other documentation required by applicable law. Where laws such as adult content recordkeeping rules apply, Creators are responsible for compliance.

16. Chargebacks, Reversals, and Negative Balances

Rewarble card purchases, wallet top-ups, and used platform credits are non-refundable once redeemed, credited, spent, or applied to a user's account.

Once Rewarble PIN codes, digital voucher values, card values, or similar digital fee payments are submitted, validated, redeemed, or applied to a payout or service fee, the user accepts and agrees that the fee payment is final and non-refundable. This applies even if the payout is later delayed, held, returned, rejected, or requires a different payout method.

Chargebacks, payment reversals, disputed payments, fraudulent payments, or unauthorized payment claims may lead to wallet deductions, negative balances, account restrictions, payout holds, debt recovery, permanent bans, and legal action where permitted.

17. Independent Users, Taxes, and No Employment

Creators are independent users of the platform and are not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of LustPays. Creators control their own profile, pricing, content choices, availability, and lawful business obligations.

Creators are responsible for any taxes, filings, invoices, registrations, permits, or legal obligations related to their earnings, content, services, and use of the platform.

18. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
