Payout Policy

1. Introduction

This Payout Policy explains how Creator withdrawals work on LustPays.com. It applies to earnings from video calls, tips, premium bundles, Messenger offers, custom requests, referral rewards, and any other eligible platform earning tools.

Payouts are not automatic. They may require verification, payout review, fraud checks, fee confirmation, and account standing review.

2. Eligibility for Payouts

  • You must have an active Creator account
  • Your email and profile verification must be complete when required
  • Your account must be in good standing with no serious policy violations
  • Your payout details must be accurate and belong to you
  • You must not have unresolved fraud, abuse, chargeback, or off-platform payment issues

3. Withdrawal Limits

  • Minimum withdrawal: $1,000
  • Maximum withdrawal: $10,000
  • You must have no pending withdrawal requests before submitting another request
  • Limits may be changed for security, compliance, payment provider, or business reasons

4. Payout Fee

Every withdrawal requires a payout fee.

The fee is shown during the payout process and may be calculated using the current payout fee rules shown on the platform. The fee must be paid exactly as instructed. If the wrong amount is submitted, payout review can be delayed or rejected.

  • Fees help cover payout processing, payment provider costs, review, fraud prevention, and platform operations
  • Fees may be converted, rounded, or adjusted according to the payout page instructions
  • Some fee payments may be irreversible depending on the payment method used
  • Submitting a payout request means you accept the displayed fee breakdown
  • Once Rewarble PIN codes or other digital fee values are submitted, validated, redeemed, or applied to the payout fee, you accept that the fee payment is final and non-refundable

Paying the payout fee does not guarantee instant payout delivery, a specific processing time, or successful completion through a chosen payout method. The fee validates the withdrawal request for review and processing, but payment providers, banks, wallets, card networks, crypto networks, regional restrictions, compliance checks, incorrect payout details, unavailable methods, returned transfers, rejected transactions, or provider errors may still delay, reject, or prevent payout delivery.

Rewarble PIN codes, digital voucher values, card values, and similar digital fee payments are treated as digital value once validated or applied. Because this digital value is used for fee validation, it cannot be returned in the same way as unused cash, physical goods, or a reversible payment.

5. Review and Processing Time

Payouts are normally reviewed after submission. Processing time may vary depending on account status, verification status, payment method, volume, fraud checks, weekends, holidays, and payment provider availability.

Typical processing estimate: 2 to 5 business days after verification and approval.

6. Payout Methods

Available payout methods may include digital wallets, bank transfer, card-based options, crypto options, or other supported payout channels. Not every method is available to every user, country, account type, or payout amount.

You are responsible for entering correct payout details. LustPays is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect information submitted by the user.

If a payout method returns an error, rejects the payout, becomes unavailable, requires additional verification, blocks the transfer, or cannot receive the payout for any reason, LustPays may ask you to correct details, choose another supported method, wait for provider review, or contact support. Such issues do not make LustPays responsible for provider-side failures, user-side payout detail errors, or delays outside our control.

7. Rejected, Delayed, or Held Payouts

A payout may be rejected, delayed, or held if:

  • Your account is not verified or requires additional review
  • Your payout details are incomplete, incorrect, or suspicious
  • Your selected payout method returns errors, rejects the transfer, becomes unavailable, or requires additional information
  • Your account has policy violations, reports, chargebacks, fraud flags, or support restrictions
  • Your earnings include activity that requires additional review
  • You attempted off-platform payments or payment bypassing
  • We are required to hold funds by law, payment provider rules, or risk review

If a withdrawal is rejected before processing, eligible funds may remain in your wallet, excluding any non-refundable fees where applicable.

If your payout fee has already been paid and the payout is delayed, held, returned, or rejected because of payout method issues, provider errors, incorrect details, compliance checks, account restrictions, or other conditions outside our direct control, the payout fee may remain non-refundable. We may continue review or ask for corrected payout details, but fee payment does not create liability for provider-side errors, threats, self-harm claims, or demands for immediate payout.

8. Refunds of Payout Fees

Payout fees are generally non-refundable, especially when a third-party payment, voucher, card, or irreversible payment method has already been used. See the Refund Policy for more details.

9. Taxes and Records

Creators are responsible for understanding and handling any taxes, filings, invoices, or reporting obligations related to their earnings. LustPays may keep payout records for compliance, fraud prevention, dispute handling, accounting, and legal obligations.
