Refund Policy

1. Introduction

This Refund Policy explains when refunds may or may not be issued on LustPays.com. It applies to wallet top-ups, tips, premium content, Messenger offers, custom requests, payout fees, and withdrawals.

Because LustPays provides digital wallet credits, digital content, messaging, and creator services, many payments are final once completed.

2. Wallet Top-Ups

Wallet top-ups are generally final and non-refundable.

Once funds are added to your wallet, they become available for platform use. Wallet credits may be used for premium content, tips, custom requests, Messenger offers, paid interactions, and other eligible features.

Refunds for unused wallet balance are not guaranteed and may be refused where the balance has been used, gifted, transferred, involved in fraud review, or connected to policy violations.

3. Premium Content Purchases

Purchases of premium photo bundles, premium video bundles, unlocked content, or other digital content are generally final once access is granted. Digital content cannot be returned in the same way as a physical product.

Refunds may be reviewed if there was a verified technical issue that prevented access to purchased content and the issue was not caused by the user's device, connection, or account misuse.

4. Tips and Messenger Offers

Tips are voluntary and are generally non-refundable once sent. Paid Messenger offers are generally final once the payment is completed and the Creator has delivered or made the content/service available.

Users should confirm price, content, and expectations before paying.

5. Custom Requests

Custom requests have their own request flow. If a Creator rejects a custom request, or does not accept or reject within the required decision window, the request may be rejected and refunded according to the platform's custom request system.

Once a request is accepted and delivered, refunds are not guaranteed. Disputes may be reviewed case by case if there is a clear technical issue, non-delivery, or verified policy violation.

6. Payout Fees and Withdrawals

Payout fees are generally non-refundable.

Some payout fee methods are irreversible. Once a withdrawal is processed, it generally cannot be cancelled, reversed, or refunded. If a withdrawal is rejected before processing, eligible wallet funds may remain in your account, excluding any non-refundable fees where applicable.

Once Rewarble PIN codes, digital voucher values, card values, or similar digital fee payments are submitted, validated, redeemed, or applied to a payout fee, you accept and agree that the service fee is final and non-refundable. This is because the digital value has been used for fee validation and cannot be returned like unused cash or a physical product.

Paying a payout fee does not guarantee that the selected payout method will accept, complete, or deliver the payout immediately. If a payout is delayed, returned, rejected, blocked, or fails because of incorrect payout details, unsupported payout details, provider errors, bank or wallet restrictions, regional limits, compliance checks, or other issues outside LustPays' direct control, the payout fee may remain non-refundable.

7. Fraud, Abuse, and Policy Violations

Refunds may be denied where activity involves fraud, chargeback abuse, fake payment claims, stolen accounts, off-platform payments, prohibited content, harassment, exploitation, or other violations of our Terms and policies.

Threats, intimidation, abusive live chat messages, support abuse, self-harm threats, threats of death, or attempts to force a payout or refund through pressure do not create a refund right and may result in restrictions, payout review, suspension, or account termination.

8. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in limited cases, such as:

  • Verified duplicate charges
  • Custom requests rejected or auto-rejected before acceptance
  • Cases where applicable law requires a refund

Refunds are not guaranteed and are reviewed case by case.
