Custom Requests
How Paid Custom Requests Work
Members can request custom photos or videos with a price, deadline, and description. Creators decide whether to accept or reject.
What Is a Custom Request?
A custom request is a paid request sent by a Member to a Creator for custom photo or video content. The Member chooses the request details, price, and deadline before submitting.
Creators must accept or reject the request. If the Creator does not decide within 24 hours, the request can be rejected and refunded automatically.
Payment First
Members pay when submitting the request, so Creators do not need to create custom content before payment.
24 Hour Decision
Creators should accept or reject quickly. Waiting too long can trigger an automatic rejection and refund.
Deadline Tracking
Accepted requests show a delivery countdown so Creators know how much time remains.
Supported Links
Delivered content must use supported hosting links and must be accessible without password or access requests.
Request Flow
From submission to delivery
Member Submits
The Member chooses the Creator, content type, price, deadline, and request description.
Creator Decides
The Creator can accept the request or reject and refund it.
Creator Delivers
After accepting, the Creator delivers the content link before the deadline ends.
Member Tracks Status
The Member can view whether the request is pending, accepted, delivered, completed, or refunded.
