Complaints & Appeals Policy

1. Purpose

This policy explains how users can submit complaints and how users can appeal certain platform decisions.

2. What You Can Report

  • Content that appears illegal, non-consensual, stolen, or prohibited
  • Harassment, threats, impersonation, scams, or abusive messages
  • Payment, payout, refund, custom request, or premium content problems
  • Verification, account restriction, support, or moderation concerns

3. How to Submit a Complaint

Email support@lustpays.com with your username, the issue, relevant links, dates, transaction amounts, screenshots if useful, and any other details that help us review the complaint.

4. Appeals

If your content was removed, your account was restricted, or your payout was held, you may request an appeal. Explain why you believe the decision was incorrect and provide supporting information.

5. Review Process

We may review account records, messages, payment history, uploaded content, verification status, and prior enforcement history. We may ask for more information before making a final decision.

6. Outcomes

  • No action if no violation is found
  • Content removal or restoration
  • Warning, restriction, suspension, or permanent ban
  • Payout release, payout hold, or further review
  • Referral to payment processors or authorities when required
