LustPays.com is strictly for adults who are 18 years of age or older. Anyone under 18 is prohibited from accessing, registering, uploading, buying, selling, or appearing in content on the platform.
2. Date of Birth
Users may be required to provide a date of birth before using certain features or submitting verification. Your date of birth must be accurate and must match your verification document.
3. Identity Verification
We may require selfies, government-issued ID, passport, driver's license, or other verification materials to confirm age, identity, and eligibility.
4. False Information
Providing false age, fake documents, altered images, stolen documents, or another person's identity is prohibited and may result in permanent account termination and reporting where required.
5. Content Featuring Other People
Users may only upload content featuring adults who are 18 or older and who consented to the creation and distribution of the content.
6. Enforcement
If we suspect a user is under 18, using false information, or uploading content involving minors, we may restrict the account, remove content, hold payouts, preserve evidence, and report the matter to appropriate authorities.
