1. Purpose

3. Removal and Review

4. Counter Notice

If you believe your content was removed by mistake, you may send a counter notice explaining why you have the right to use the content. Counter notices must include your contact information, the removed content location, and a statement made under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake or misidentification.

5. Repeat Infringers

Accounts that repeatedly upload infringing content may be restricted, suspended, or permanently terminated.
