Content Policy

1. Purpose
This policy explains what content is allowed or prohibited on LustPays.com, including profile photos, gallery photos, premium bundles, Messenger offers, custom requests, reviews, and all uploaded or linked content.
2. Consent and Ownership
- You may only upload content you own or have full legal rights to use
- Everyone shown in uploaded content must be 18 or older
- Everyone shown in uploaded content must have consented to the content being created and shared
- You may not upload stolen, leaked, revenge, hidden-camera, or non-consensual content
3. Strictly Prohibited Content
- Any content involving minors or appearing to involve minors
- Sexual exploitation, trafficking, coercion, blackmail, or abuse
- Non-consensual sexual content or intimate images shared without permission
- Bestiality, extreme violence, gore, threats, hate, or illegal material
- Content promoting self-harm, terrorism, or criminal activity
- Content that violates another person's privacy, copyright, or publicity rights
4. Custom Requests and Messenger Offers
Creators may decline any request. Members may not pressure Creators to produce prohibited, unsafe, illegal, or off-platform content. Custom requests and Messenger offers must follow this Content Policy and all other platform rules.
5. AI, Edited, or Misleading Content
Users may not use fake, misleading, stolen, or impersonating content to deceive others. If AI-generated or heavily edited content is used, it must not violate consent, age, identity, copyright, or safety rules.
6. Review and Removal
LustPays may review, restrict, hide, remove, or report content that appears to violate this policy, our Terms, payment processor rules, or applicable law.
