Creator Agreement

1. Creator Responsibilities

Creators are responsible for their profile, uploads, messages, premium content, custom requests, Messenger offers, payout details, and all activity on their account.

2. Verification and Eligibility

• Creators must be 18 or older
• Creators may be required to complete identity verification
• Verification information must be accurate and belong to the account holder
• Creators must keep account and payout details accurate

3. Content Rules

Creators may only upload content they own or have legal rights to use. All content must follow the Content Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and applicable law.

4. Earnings and Payouts

Creator earnings may come from video calls, tips, premium bundles, custom requests, Messenger offers, games, referrals, or other platform tools. Payouts are subject to verification, minimums, fees, review, and the Payout Policy.

5. Custom Requests

Creators may accept or reject custom requests. Accepted requests should be delivered according to the accepted description and deadline. Creators should not deliver prohibited content or use unsupported delivery links.

6. Off-Platform Payments

Creators may not request or accept payments outside LustPays. Violations may result in permanent account termination, loss of platform access, and payout holds.

7. Taxes and Records

Creators are responsible for understanding and handling any taxes, filings, or reporting obligations related to their earnings.
