Community Guidelines

1. Purpose of These Guidelines

These Community Guidelines are the code of conduct for LustPays.com. They apply to all members, creators, visitors, account holders, profiles, messages, reviews, uploads, premium content, custom requests, Messenger offers, tips, video calls, support tickets, payout activity, and any other platform feature.

These rules work together with our Terms, Content Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Creator Agreement, Refund Policy, Payout Policy, Privacy Policy, Anti-Trafficking Policy, and other platform policies.

2. Adults Only

  • You must be 18 years of age or older to access, register, buy, sell, upload, appear in content, message, or interact on LustPays.
  • Do not upload, request, describe, roleplay, sell, buy, or share anything involving minors or anyone who appears to be under 18.
  • Do not lie about your age, use fake documents, use another person's identity, or help anyone under 18 access the platform.
  • If we suspect underage activity, we may restrict accounts, remove content, preserve evidence, hold payouts, and report the matter where required.

3. Consent Is Required

  • All content and interactions must be voluntary, lawful, and consensual.
  • You may not pressure, manipulate, threaten, blackmail, or coerce anyone into content, calls, messages, payments, custom requests, or off-platform contact.
  • You may not share private, intimate, stolen, leaked, hidden-camera, revenge, or non-consensual content.
  • Everyone appearing in uploaded or linked content must be an adult and must have consented to the content being created and shared.

4. Treat Others With Respect

  • No harassment, bullying, threats, intimidation, hate, abuse, humiliation, or targeted attacks.
  • No slurs, hateful conduct, violent threats, or degrading comments based on identity, gender, sexuality, race, religion, nationality, disability, body, or personal background.
  • No stalking, repeated unwanted contact, guilt-tripping, pressure, or attempts to make someone continue a conversation after they said no.
  • No doxxing, exposing private information, sharing personal details, or encouraging others to contact someone outside the platform without consent.

5. Member Rules

  • Members must respect creator boundaries, prices, availability, and decisions to accept, reject, block, report, or stop communication.
  • Do not demand free content, free calls, discounts, refunds, personal contact, or off-platform access.
  • Do not pressure creators into prohibited, unsafe, illegal, non-consensual, or off-platform content.
  • Do not make fake payment claims, false reports, chargeback threats, or abusive refund demands.
  • Do not use tips, custom requests, Messenger offers, games, or paid features to manipulate, harass, or threaten anyone.

6. Creator Rules

  • Creators must provide accurate profile information, lawful content, honest pricing, and clear expectations.
  • Creators may only upload or sell content they own or have full legal rights to use.
  • Creators must not mislead members about what they are buying, what a custom request includes, or when content will be delivered.
  • Creators must not request off-platform payments, unsupported payment methods, or direct payment arrangements.
  • Creators must not use fake verification, fake identity claims, stolen photos, stolen videos, impersonation, or misleading account information.

7. Profile and Account Rules

  • Do not create fake, misleading, duplicate, automated, or impersonation accounts.
  • Do not use usernames, bios, images, links, or profile content to advertise off-platform payments, scams, illegal services, or prohibited content.
  • Do not share login access, sell accounts, transfer accounts, or operate an account for someone who is not allowed to use the platform.
  • Do not bypass verification, bans, restrictions, rate limits, security checks, or moderation systems.

8. Messenger Rules

  • Messenger must not be used for harassment, threats, abuse, spam, scams, phishing, blackmail, or payment bypassing.
  • Do not send illegal, exploitative, non-consensual, stolen, or underage content or requests.
  • Do not pressure anyone into video calls, voice notes, custom photos, custom videos, tips, gifts, or off-platform contact.
  • Allowed external call or chat apps may only be discussed where platform rules allow it, and payments must still stay on LustPays.
  • Links shared in Messenger must be safe, lawful, and relevant. Do not send malware, phishing links, fake files, or access-restricted delivery links where open access is required.

9. Custom Request Rules

  • Custom requests must be lawful, consensual, adult-only, and allowed by our Content Policy.
  • Members must describe requests honestly and must not request prohibited, unsafe, non-consensual, exploitative, underage, or illegal content.
  • Creators may accept or reject requests. Members must not pressure creators to accept.
  • Accepted requests should be delivered according to the accepted description and deadline.
  • Delivery links must use allowed hosting platforms and must be accessible to the paying member without extra access requests, passwords, or hidden conditions unless the platform specifically allows otherwise.

10. Content Rules

  • No illegal, exploitative, non-consensual, stolen, leaked, revenge, hidden-camera, violent, hateful, or underage content.
  • No content involving trafficking, coercion, blackmail, forced participation, abuse, or threats.
  • No content that violates copyright, privacy rights, identity rights, or another person's legal rights.
  • No misleading content that falsely suggests someone is involved, available, verified, consenting, or represented by an account.
  • AI-generated or edited content must not violate age, identity, consent, copyright, safety, or deception rules.

11. Reviews Rules

  • Reviews must be based on a real experience or honest platform feedback.
  • No fake reviews, paid manipulation, spam, harassment, hate, threats, private information, or revenge posting.
  • Do not use reviews to pressure a creator or member, demand refunds, expose private conversations, or advertise off-platform contact.
  • Reviews may be moderated, rejected, edited for safety, or removed if they violate platform rules.

12. Payments Must Stay on LustPays

  • Do not request, offer, accept, advertise, or arrange off-platform payments.
  • This includes PayPal, Cash App, crypto, bank transfer, direct deposit, gift cards, vouchers, external wallets, or any payment method outside LustPays.
  • Do not use messages, profiles, usernames, images, reviews, support tickets, or content links to bypass platform payments or fees.
  • Off-platform payment attempts may lead to restrictions, payout holds, account termination, and loss of platform support for the transaction.

13. Fraud, Scams, and Payment Abuse

  • No stolen payment methods, fake payment proof, fake delivery claims, refund abuse, chargeback abuse, phishing, impersonation, or account theft.
  • No attempts to manipulate wallet balances, tips, games, Messenger offers, custom requests, premium purchases, referrals, payouts, or support outcomes.
  • No fake legal threats, false safety reports, false identity claims, or attempts to force a refund through intimidation.
  • Fraud or abuse may result in wallet deductions, negative balances, payout holds, account restrictions, permanent bans, and legal reporting where appropriate.

14. Privacy and Personal Safety

  • Do not share another person's real name, address, phone number, email, workplace, ID documents, private photos, financial details, or private social accounts without consent.
  • Do not threaten to expose, embarrass, contact, report, or harm another user.
  • Users are responsible for their own safety if they choose to communicate outside the platform or meet someone offline.
  • LustPays is not responsible for off-platform meetings, off-platform communication, private arrangements, injuries, losses, threats, self-harm, or harm caused by user decisions outside the platform.

15. Support Tickets and Reports

  • Use support honestly and respectfully.
  • Do not send threats, spam, harassment, false reports, fake evidence, or abusive messages to support.
  • Creators should use support tickets for account, payout, verification, and platform issues where available.
  • Members and general inquiries may contact support by email at support@lustpays.com.
  • When reporting a violation, include usernames, links, screenshots, dates, and a clear explanation where possible.

16. Platform Security Rules

  • No hacking, scraping, bots, automated abuse, credential stuffing, spam, denial-of-service activity, malware, or attempts to access systems without permission.
  • Do not test, bypass, exploit, or interfere with security, moderation, payment, verification, wallet, payout, or account systems.
  • Do not upload malicious files, unsafe links, phishing pages, or deceptive downloads.
  • Security abuse may be reported to hosting providers, payment providers, law enforcement, or other relevant parties.

17. Enforcement

Violating these guidelines may lead to one or more actions depending on severity, risk, history, and available evidence.

  • Warning or education notice
  • Content rejection, hiding, removal, or review
  • Messenger, custom request, review, support, payout, or account restrictions
  • Refund denial, wallet deduction, negative balance, payout delay, or payout hold
  • Temporary suspension or permanent account ban
  • Preservation of evidence and reporting to payment processors, safety organizations, authorities, or law enforcement where required or appropriate

18. Appeals

If you believe an enforcement action was made by mistake, you may contact support with your username, the action you are appealing, and any relevant evidence. Appeals are reviewed case by case. Repeated abuse, fraud, safety risks, illegal activity, or severe violations may limit or remove appeal options.

19. Changes to These Guidelines

We may update these Community Guidelines as the platform changes, new features are added, or safety, payment, legal, or moderation requirements change. Continued use of LustPays after changes means you accept the updated guidelines.
