Last updated: July 3, 2026

1. Purpose

This EU Digital Services Act Notice explains how users, trusted flaggers, authorities, and other parties in the European Union may contact LustPays.com about illegal content, platform moderation, account restrictions, content removal, and related notice-and-action matters.

This notice works together with our Terms, Community Guidelines, Content Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Complaints & Appeals Policy, DMCA Policy, Privacy Policy, and other platform policies.

2. DSA Point of Contact

DSA-related notices, questions, and authority communications may be sent to legal@lustpays.com.

Please include "DSA Notice" in the subject line when the message relates to illegal content or Digital Services Act matters.

3. Reporting Illegal Content

You may report content, profiles, messages, reviews, custom requests, links, or other platform activity that you believe is illegal under applicable law.

A valid report must include:

  • The exact URL, username, message, content link, transaction, or location of the reported material
  • A clear explanation of why you believe the content or activity is illegal
  • The law, legal category, or safety issue involved, if known
  • Your legal name and contact information
  • Identification that allows us to verify who is submitting the report, such as a government-issued ID card, passport, driver license, or comparable official identity document
  • Screenshots, dates, transaction details, or other evidence where helpful
  • A statement that your report is accurate and made in good faith

4. What Can Be Reported Under This Notice

  • Illegal content or illegal activity
  • Suspected exploitation, trafficking, coercion, or non-consensual content
  • Content involving minors or anyone who appears to be under 18
  • Threats, blackmail, doxxing, harassment, hate, scams, fraud, or impersonation
  • Unsafe links, phishing, malware, account theft, or payment fraud
  • Content or activity that may violate EU law, platform rules, or safety obligations

5. Copyright Complaints Use DMCA

If your complaint is about copyright infringement, please use our DMCA & Copyright Policy. Copyright notices should include the information required by the DMCA Policy so we can review them properly.

If a report includes both copyright and other illegal content concerns, we may review it under the DMCA Policy, this DSA Notice, or both depending on the issue.

6. How We Review Notices

After receiving a notice, LustPays may review the reported content, account records, messages, uploads, payment activity, verification status, support history, prior enforcement history, and any evidence provided.

We may ask for more information if a notice is incomplete, unclear, abusive, or does not identify the specific content or activity being reported.

7. Possible Actions

Depending on the report, available evidence, legal risk, platform rules, and user history, we may take one or more actions.

  • No action if no violation is found
  • Content restriction, hiding, removal, or review
  • Message, review, custom request, or profile restriction
  • Account warning, feature restriction, suspension, or permanent ban
  • Payout hold, wallet review, refund review, or payment risk review
  • Preservation of evidence
  • Referral to payment processors, hosting providers, safety organizations, authorities, or law enforcement where appropriate or required

8. Statement of Reasons and User Notice

Where appropriate and where we are able to do so, we may provide affected users with information about major moderation actions, such as content removal, account restriction, or service limitation.

We may limit or withhold details where disclosure could create safety risks, expose private information, interfere with investigations, violate law, or help users bypass enforcement.

9. Appeals and Complaints

If your content was removed, your account was restricted, or you disagree with a moderation decision, you may request review through our Complaints & Appeals Policy.

Appeals should include your username, the action being appealed, the content or account involved, and a clear explanation of why you believe the decision was incorrect.

10. Misuse of Reporting Tools

  • Do not submit false, abusive, threatening, spam, automated, or bad-faith reports.
  • Do not use reports to harass, pressure, retaliate against, or intimidate another user.
  • Do not submit fake evidence, fake legal claims, or impersonate another person or authority.
  • Misuse of reporting tools may lead to rejected reports, account restrictions, or other enforcement action.

11. Emergency and Safety Issues

If there is an immediate risk of harm, exploitation, trafficking, underage activity, violence, self-harm, or other urgent danger, contact local emergency services or law enforcement immediately, then report the issue to legal@lustpays.com with all relevant details.

12. Language

Reports may be submitted in English. If you submit information in another language, review may take longer and we may request clarification or translation where needed.

13. No Legal Advice

This page is provided for platform notice-and-action information only. It is not legal advice and does not limit any rights or obligations under applicable law, our Terms, or other platform policies.
