Notice to Law Enforcement
Last updated: July 3, 2026
1. Purpose
This Notice to Law Enforcement explains how authorized law enforcement agencies, government authorities, and legal officials may contact LustPays.com about lawful requests for user information, content records, preservation, safety issues, or emergency matters.
This page is intended for official law enforcement and government requests only. General user support, copyright complaints, EU Digital Services Act notices, and ordinary account disputes should use the appropriate support or legal policy page.
2. Law Enforcement Contact
Official law enforcement requests may be sent to legal@lustpays.com.
Please include "Law Enforcement Request" in the subject line. Emergency requests should include "Emergency Law Enforcement Request" in the subject line.
3. Legal Process Required
LustPays generally requires valid legal process before disclosing non-public user information. Depending on the request and applicable law, this may include a subpoena, court order, search warrant, production order, preservation request, emergency disclosure request, or other valid legal authority.
We may reject, narrow, or request clarification for informal, unverifiable, overbroad, vague, incomplete, or legally insufficient requests.
4. What Requests Must Include
To help us review a request, law enforcement requests should include:
- The requesting agency name and official address
- The officer, agent, or official's full name, title, badge or identification number, and agency email address
- A copy of the legal process or written legal authority supporting the request
- The exact user identifier, username, profile URL, email address, transaction ID, message ID, content URL, or other specific account details
- A clear description of the information requested
- The legal basis and relevant jurisdiction for the request
- The deadline for response, if applicable
- Any non-disclosure request or court order, if applicable
- A certification that the request is official, accurate, and authorized by the requesting agency
5. Identity Verification
We may verify the identity and authority of the requesting agency or official before responding. We may require requests to be sent from an official government or agency email address and may contact the agency directly using publicly available contact information.
Requests from private emails, unverifiable accounts, anonymous senders, or unofficial channels may be rejected.
6. Preservation Requests
Law enforcement may request preservation of specific account records while legal process is obtained. Preservation requests must identify the account or content with enough detail for us to locate it.
Preservation does not guarantee disclosure. Disclosure of preserved information generally requires valid legal process or another lawful basis.
7. Emergency Requests
Emergency requests involving imminent risk of serious harm, death, exploitation, trafficking, underage activity, violence, self-harm, or other urgent safety threats should be sent to legal@lustpays.com with "Emergency Law Enforcement Request" in the subject line.
Emergency requests should explain the emergency, the specific risk, the account or content involved, the information requested, and why immediate disclosure is necessary. We may disclose limited information where we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to address an emergency and permitted by law.
8. Types of Information That May Be Available
Depending on the account, feature, retention limits, and legal process, records may include:
- Account registration details
- Email address and login-related records
- Verification status and related account records
- Profile URLs, usernames, and public profile information
- Uploaded content metadata or content records where available
- Messenger, custom request, review, support, wallet, transaction, payout, or moderation records where available
- IP addresses, timestamps, device, browser, or security logs where retained
We do not guarantee that every category of data exists, is retained, or can be provided for every account or request.
9. User Notice
Where permitted and appropriate, LustPays may notify affected users about law enforcement requests. We may delay or withhold notice where prohibited by law, court order, safety risk, investigation risk, or other valid legal reason.
10. International Requests
Requests from outside the United States or outside our operating jurisdiction may require additional legal process, treaty channels, mutual legal assistance procedures, local counsel, or other recognized legal mechanisms. We may request clarification before responding.
11. Child Safety, Exploitation, and Trafficking
LustPays has zero tolerance for underage activity, sexual exploitation, trafficking, coercion, non-consensual content, or forced participation. Reports involving these issues should be sent immediately and should include all available account identifiers, URLs, screenshots, timestamps, and safety details.
We may preserve evidence, restrict accounts, remove content, hold payouts, and report suspected illegal activity where appropriate or required.
